[00:55:08] @ AceMako : they CAN have upgrades which can be purchased with JP depending on your rank

Talents are Passive, or active abilities that reflect your character's skills and abilities. Gaining rnaks in talents allows your character to be more proficient in whatever it is they're training. This could be anything from hacking to how well you wield a weapon.

Most skills are Spec specific, they can only be used by those specifically trained for it. However some skills like weapons are general and can be learned by anyone, if you put the time in. There is a third type which is racial talents, specific to the species who posses them.

There are two types of Talents. Actives and passives. Actives are only available to those with a tech, or Biotic spec. Soilder specs lack these abilities but are granted more points to put into their passive abilities in their loadout.

Name: Name of the Skill
Back Ground: Where does the skill come from, and what does it do?
Requirments:(Racial/Spec/General)
Type: (Passive/Active)
Scaling: This determines how high a person can train this skill. Scaling can either be based off character rank, or a stat.

Stats: What are the different ranks, and what do they do?
